Formal or Prom Dress in burgundy w/burgundy and gold sequins. No tags. AR14

The top doesn’t photograph well but the neckline is high, shoulders are out and the sleeves come in lower in the arm and are puffy and short. It is fully sequined and gorgeous. No tags at all other than content. 35% polyester and. 65% cotton. Please pay attention to measurements. My daughter wore it to a formal and I have no idea where she got it. Worn once.
