Forever21 off the shoulder floral dress

Thin floral wrap dress. Size medium fits a size small great. Low cut at the bust, shoulder strap is adjustable and has a shoulder piece that hands off. Dress is short in the front, longer in the back. I’m 5’0 and it fit just above floor length
