Forever21 booties they say size 7 but really 6/6.5

Super cute forever21 booties. They say they are a size 7 but I have several pairs of size 7 ankle boots (I’m obsessed) that fit me fine & these dont. the girl on here that sold them to me didn’t tell me they ran super small😒 they are brand new. I took the tags off to take these pics but they were so narrow on my toes that I couldn’t even leave them on for a whole 5 min to take these pics😩 I think they would fit a 6 or a 6.5 way better.
