Forever 21 knit shirt dress black and white with sheer sleeves. New with tags

I love this dress so much that I bought 2! It’s a very stretchy knit bodice with very elegant sheer type sleeves. Actually made pretty well. Reminds me of a mod type dress from the 60s or 70s. Such a retro feel to it!
