Forever 21 black dress. Lovely empire waist with silky top and lace design down the center. Side zipper and fully lined. Plus size 1 but fits more like a L/XL women as this brand runs small usually. Slight wear at the top of zipper fabric but zipper works great. Lovely and flattering dress.
