Forever 21 Tank top with ruffles

I love the design on this shirt. It's the cutest. This adorable tank top can be worn with jeans or dressed up with a cute skirt. The cute ruffle on the top adds extra cuteness to the shirt. This is a Large, but I would say fits more like a medium.
