Forever 21 Navy Floral Plunging V-Neck Dress

Forever 21 — Navy dress with bright floral pattern and colorful stripe detail. Stripe detail near the top has elastic, so it cinches in. Sleeves and bottom of dress are more flowy. Neckline is plunging — I usually wore a strapless bandeau top underneath. Worn a couple of times, in great condition.
