Forever 21 Maxi Dress with Embroidery

Recently bought, never worn. This dress is beautiful, it was just too small for me. Cinches the waist really nicely and the buttons are functioning. Adjustable straps. Size S in Forever 21 but fits like a XS/S in most other brands. Will drive to you if within 10 mile radius.
