NWT, Strapless bandage style cocktail dress. Has an elastic band around top so it doesn't fall down. Lined top, but no padding. No pockets in skirt unfortunately. Back zip closure. Top to hem measures 27.75", waist approx 14" but has lots of stretch. This flare-hem dress boasts bandage stitching for a modern-chic look. Colorful floral patterning lends a pop of contrast. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Machine wash. Stock pic for reference.
