Flirty dress with bead print pattern

Forever 21 collection line. So it doesnt look like forever 21 nor feel like it. Worn once for a fashion show. I am a one time dress person so in New condition. I added a pic of myself during the event so you can see it worn. Better on than the hanger. Ruffle bottom and the ruffles are small so its very Soft and very pretty. Sewn wrap bottom. Zippered back.
