Fisher Price TMX Tickle Me Elmo 10th Anniversary Sesame Street 2006 with box

Tickle Me Elmo 10th Anniversary TMX In The Original Box. The box has been opened, Elmo is in very good used condition. The box occasionally will still makes some noise when you open up the front flap, but the batteries are near dead so rarely works. The box shows minimal signs of shelf wear but does have tape attached to it in multiple places. Please take a look at the pictures to see exact item condition.
