This is a brand new tags attached neon safety vest by First Racing. It states it meets military safety criteria for Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. It's size is "super" but it has adjustable straps on both sides, and would fit a mens Medium-XL. It has lots of utility pockets, including a zippered inner cell phone pocket and is extremely durable and sturdy. The uses are immeasurable!
