First Issue Silk Chiffon Double Layer Skirt

First Issue Silk Chiffon Double Layer Skirt. 100% Silk. Made in Korea. Has a solid navy blue liner underneath the patterned top layer. The tag says a Size 6 but I had the waist taken in to fit more like a 4. The waist 14” across does have a back elastic and self tie. Waist stretched is 14 3/4” Top of waist to hem is 34” I think there is one tiny snag. I've accepted I'm no longer going to get back to that size again....
