Fashion Bug top 22/24W (seems more like 18/20. NWT. Soft slink fabric with a good amount of stretch. Flutter sleeves. Light ruching on the front for a slight drape effect. Zipper detailing (accent only) on front neckline concluding at the bottom of the top. Can be worn dressy or casual depending on your preference.
