This dress is a light royal blue color, it has a diamond belt and the mesh neckline is beaded with crystals. The back has a zipper. It has a built in bra. The armpit area has been spot cleaned. Only worn 1 time, for about 2 hours. Dress was bought on Amazon. It would be a beautiful strapless dress if you were to take the top mesh neckline off, I would but I don’t have any where to wear it to😀 It has been altered and it can be let back out. madisenrhoades MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE! The dress is 57 inches long. The bust is 34 inches or 17 inches laying flat. The waist is 30 inches or 15 inches laying flat. I believe the bust can be let out about 4 more inches and the waist can be let out about 1 more inch.
