F21 Floral Maxi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @catcarter27. I never wore it, so it still looks brand new! This dress is all romance, with beautiful soft colors and light, airy sheer fabric. The empire waist is super flattering, and straps and waist can be adjusted with ties in the back. I would love to keep this dress but it is just too long for me. Could also function as a really nice swimsuit cover up!
