Express strapless dress

Strapless, floral print. I love this dress but it’s not really my style anymore - you can dress it up to be a little more formal, or wear it casually like a sundress. It’s great quality with kind of a lacy texture on the outside. The inside is a slip. I’m 5’5 and it rests a few inches above my knee. Offers accepted :)
