Express brand, dress or tunic size large

Outer shell is 59% polyester 41% rayon. Lining 100% polyester. 3/4 length sleeves black sequins on the black strips. It will probably fit if you wear a size 10. I wear a size 12 and it’s too tight for me. Excellent condition, no snags, worn at the most two times!
