Express Skirt NWOT

NWOT. Bought years ago but honestly never found an occasion to wear this, only tried on, super comfy. Tag must of ripped off at some point. It's 5% spandex so it has some stretch to it. Has a cross cross pattern to it as shown in 2nd photo. Has a zipper that goes down half way as seen in 3rd photo- zipper is not visible on the outside of the skirt.
