I purchased this skirt new in store at Express but have never worn it. It has just been hanging in my closet so I'd love for it to find a new home where it is loved and worn. :) High Waisted. Loose lace. Back Zip with Hook + Eye closure. Slight back slit. No pockets. Express Item No. 93399977.
