Express Navy Floral Lace Blouse

Colors are a navy blue background with dark fuchsia, flowers, and olive green leaves. There is a strip of embroidered pom-poms that runs down the front of each side. At the shoulders there is a crocheted lace panel. The end of the sleeves are large ruffled flutter bell style. At the very bottom of the top is a smocked section giving it some stretch. That particular area will stretch out to approximately 19 inches. The rest of the material has just a very little bit of stretch. New without tags. The flaw of this top is shown in the photo where on the elastic band. They didn’t sew it down properly. It’s like they had a double section going.💙 sold as pictured.
