Express Navy Blue Cocktail Dress - Size 1/2

Express cocktail dress, navy blue silk shell over lighter blue lining. Shell has an understated dot texture, pleating around the top, and a softly flared hem at the bottom. Dress is a size 1/2 and is 44” in length It is in excellent pre-loved condition, only worn once, but does have a small snag near the bottom (pictured).
