In good condition, soft and stretchy material. There are belt loops and small front pockets. The stitching keeps my the back pockets closed is still in place. There is almost a 1.5 inch hem so the pants can be lengthened. Inseam is about 32 inches, length is about 41, and waist is about 15. There is a missing by the zipper to keep the pants closed - one can easily be sewed on.
