NWT Express ultra distressed light denim mini skirt. Lots of distressing and whiskering on the front of the skirt. Light distressing on the back pockets. Cut-off hem. Light gold Express emblem on back right pocket. Belt loops and zipper and single button closure. Measurements when lying flat: Waist = 16 inches; Length = 14.5 inches; Width (measured at the bottom of the front pockets) = 18 inches.
