Express Check Tweed Knit Pencil Skirt-Pleated Slit

This item is new without tags from Express. It is a size 2 and around knee-length. It is black and white; fully lined and a nice tweed/knit material, not too heavy. Can be worn bare-legged or with tights. Great for work or a formal occasion, but can also be dressed down with sneakers as well. Features a cute pleated/layered slit in the back. All sales final.
