Express Blouse

I was so excited to get this and so disappointed it never fit me right. Blouse with sleeves that can be pinned up or worn down, plaid pattern. Button at breast level so you can rock with a tank underneath, or button it and wear it that way. Never worn NWT. Comes from a smoke and pet free home, I purchased new direct from Express.
