These pants are brand new with tags. They are a jogger style with withdrawal string waist and cinched ankles. They are fully sequined top to bottom with the exception of the satin waistband and ankle band. Measurements are approximate and are taken lying flat: Waist- 18” stretches to 21” Rise- 11.5” Inseam- 28” Fabric content in photos.
