Cause u can wear dressy or as a maxi with jean jacket. I can definitely see this wore at a beach wedding or just out to dinner, prom, pageant, etc...

Hey ! Measurements going down, 591/2 inches. Going across 14 inches at waist.Armpit to armpit is 13 inches. Fabric 100% silk outside lining. 100% polyester on inside lining.
