This is a beautiful vintage mini skirt by Evan Piccone. It is listed as a size 10, but since it’s vintage it is probably more like a size 0 or 00, waist is approximately 24”, please see measurements. ILGWU International Ladies Garment Workers Union made. Likely made in the 1960s or 1970s. Please note that only one side of the skirt is lined and that the zipper has been replaced, now functioning perfectly. Material is thick, possibly wool.
