I wear a 4 and the measurements you stated work for me, however you have it sized as 0. I don't mean to question you.....I am just double checking to be sure!! I would hate to purchase it and find it to be way too small!! -Lynette

@harvey2731 I remeasured the skirt. They are accurate. I tried it on too and the fit is definitely more like a 4.
