barefootmuse @wrforrest The 1st slide has the list of oils that I mainly use. And then the rest are all of the products I’m focusing on right now. I’m loving it. Now if my knee would just heal! We got the keys this afternoon - so grateful! And now, the moving hustle begins. Going to have to find some young strapping men to help us. We’re both too compromised to make the move on our own ya know.

barefootmuse @sharon_beyer Although those are great oils + have some amazing blends, I use a local distributor who I buy my essential + carrier oils from, wholesale. They’re WONDERFUL! They have their own chemist and their oils are also 3rd party tested, which is super important to me because it ensures their purity. Plus, they just happen to be within driving distance to where we live! Bonus! 😉

Nat + I are both compromised physically so today I’m having meltdown after meltdown while she’s at work. I need my own aromatherapy! Lol I’m about to take a break until she comes home. My knee hurts! Post-op is tomorrow so that’s good. Then we’ll make plans for left knee.

barefootmuse @wrforrest I’ve got NEW scrub blends. Salt or sugar? I think you need both. Different benefits from each, ya know? And I won’t do any flowers. Citrus it is, babe! And musks? Gotta have some resins in there that help with pain. Copaiba is one that I put in there, no scent but works magic for pain. I can do that with lemon + other citrus. I’ll work some magic, don’t you worry about that! It’s my passion. I could spent ALL day working w/blends. Some days I do! Big hugs. How’re ya! XoXo

barefootmuse @wrforrest Frankincense + myrrh are considered resins. They actually blend REALLY well w/citrus. Sooo good! And sandalwood and vanilla. Ylang ylang is a flower of course but just a touch with lemon, frankincense + some other “secrets” + you’ll be in heaven, my dear friend!

Just please trust me that this is my passion and purpose in life! You’ll be hooked on your Personal Blend! I can relate to having creative blocks for sure. I’m giving myself the weekend to recuperate and then I’ll be back in action. This virus (not Covid I don’t think) has kicked our asses. It’s been over a month that I’ve been dealing with daily fevers etc etc. I actually use various oils to help w/symptoms and they work! I’m so grateful for our Apothecary/Lab room downstairs!
