Espress ruffled tank top

This lovely, dressy little tank is by Express. It is in like new condition, I laundered once in cold and hung to dry. The front of the top is 100% Polyester and the back is 60%cotton /40% modal so it does have a little stretch. It is meant to be slightly fitted, not tight. Bust measures 17" across. Tag says XS but I could wear it so it could fit a medium easily.
