I measured the pit to pit from the back side of the jacket as the front is open without closures. it measured 18" from with the fabric flat not stretched. the fabric content is 52% polyester, 45% cotton, 3% spandex. The lining is 97% polyester, 3% polyester. If I didn't provide what you were looking for or you have any other questions, let me know:)
