babyklove @blbear11 Hi Bernadine! Yes the center stone is cubic zirconia(cz) but every other diamond on there is 100 percent real, they encrust 4 sides of the ring and sparkle gorgeously all around. The size of the cz stone is exactly 6 millimeters across and can be replaced as well if you want to put a real diamond stone instead.
