This ring was appraised at $5,000. I have the authenticity papers stashed somewhere, but I need to find them. (Once I do find them, I will add a picture to this post.) Engagement ring has a half carat diamond and is made of platinum gold. As you can see from the photo, platinum bends over time. There is another .5 carats surrounding the center diamond. Wedding ring is white gold and contains another carat of diamonds, totaling 2 carats for the set.
