Embroidered Royal Blue Tulle Formal Dress (Plus Size)

Fun Fact: I was struggling to find a cute, stylish, statement dress for over 2 months. As a plus size woman, I instantly knew that this was the DRESS for the European wedding that I recently attended. The top part fit so perfectly on me. It has embroidered bodice and heatset stones all over this tulle ballgown dress. So this dress is a size 18.
