Embroidered Black Skirt

Embroidered black skirt with peacock inspired colors. Size tags have been cut out by previous owner as I got it at a consignment shop. It is very flowy so it should fit a curvy bottom with approximately a 14-18 waist. The waist is not elastic. It has a side zipper closure. It is from the Women's Department. I am 5'2" and it hits me mid to lower calf.
