New With Tags Size XS This gorgeous dark blush pink dress has a dramatic high low hem. The strapless dress by Elliatt has a pleated net overlay on the skirt. The netting extends to the sides of the bodice. The fabric is 63% rayon, 32% nylon, & 5% spandex. *The dress is not zipped up all of the way because it was too small for the dress form. The zipper works as can be seen in the last picture. *It is missing the removable adjustable straps.
