Off-the-shoulder Ruffle Sheath Dress in Blue, Size Medium, Current Style, MSRP $138.  Features: sheath sweater dress with scalloped ruffles at the off the shoulder neckline and short flutter/ruffle sleeves, knee-length scalloped hem, ribbed stitching detail. ****FLAW****underneath the two ruffles, there is a stain (in the back-not visible while wearing). Haven’t tried to remove stain. Fits true to size - size medium fits sizes 6-8 and measures 34" from front center.
