Handcrafted in USA; worn once for pictures. It was a bit too long and one spot on the bottom did get damaged. This is part of a mommy and me collection. I have a 18M matching dress. Size Chart. Fits true to size (XS = 0-2, S = 4-6, M = 8-10, L = 12-14, XL = 14-16, XXL = 16-18 may fit slightly smaller). Total length: 58" (size M). Maternity and nursing friendly. Dress: 100% polyester netting with cotton embroidery. Slip: 95% rayon/5% spandex.

natalie219 @catherinelipsco it has a lot of give to it. The undergarment is 5% spandex and the outer layer is made to be even bigger than the under-layer. It’s hard to measure since it can stretch so much. I hate to mess this up but it seems like it would go to 44” no problem.
