Elegant Women’s Vintage Gabardine Suit 1940s

A stunning and unique circa 1940's suit. Burgundy red lined jacket with shoulder pads & pockets. Unlined, side-zip skirt. The rich colored burgundy gabardine hangs very nicely and is so soft. No label. This suit is in excellent condition. It's not faded, has no shiny spots, no holes, and no stains. The covered buttons are all intact. Approximate measurements: Armpit to armpit, 18"; shoulder to shoulder, straight across, 17"; sleeves from shoulder to cuff, 23"; below collar center-back to hem, 24". Skirt has an approximately 25" waist and 30" long. Sold as described, no returns. Please know your measurements as this is not modern, stretchy fabric. This suit deserves a martini. We’re talking top shelf, hand stuffed blue cheese olives.
