@deb767 The material is: Lace:58% nylon, 40% polyester, 2% spandex; Lining 100% polyester. It is stretchy. The measurements: From underarm to underarm at nipple level is 19 inches or 38 inch circumference. The length from top of back at neckline is 25 inches. Hope this helps.
