Eileen Fisher (Vintage) Velvet Top

Love this piece! I am a size 2-4 and wear this oversized or even to dress up over athleisure but can flatter up to XL. 3/4 length sleeves (21.5”) and roomy hem (23.5”) with a wide slightly scoop neck (13”) that beautifully highlights high décolleté Piece is in great condition- I just have not worn in a couple years
