Edme & Esyllte Phosphorescence skirt

The most glorious print my eyes have ever feasted upon! Neon pink, red and purple florals against a bright coral background with some fluorescent blue stripes and geometrical trim thrown in for good measure - it should all be much too much, and yet somehow it's just right. 100% silk and fully lined to give it a nice swish; elastic waist. Size 4, but runs more like a 0-2 IMO. Waist (unstretched): 13in Length: 20.5in
