Hey Jen: Its Diane Kealoha. I love the shoes but when I went to try them on the whole shoe came apart from the shoe base to the soles. I almost broke my neck cause I dropped to the ground. LOL. I have a few Ed Hardy shoes and that I guess is common for them to come unglued. I have taken them to the shoemaker but he charged me $30 to fix them. I need to know how to return them to you. Thank you also for the nice card. If I know anyone who is looking to buy a home on the north shore
