Eci New York black halter dress with beading

Excellent condition. Very gently used. Only worn a few times. Black silk and cotton dress with beading around neckline and bottom hem. Beading goes completely around neck and bottom hem. Comes with two pockets, which is always a plus. Fully lined (polyester and spandex). Back hidden zipper and hook closure. Across chest (pit to pit): 18” Length from front of neck to bottom: 31”
