Earth Leather Gladiator Platform Wedge Sandals

The shoe brand Earth (usually spelled earth) makes incredibly comfortable, eco-friendly shoes. These sandals are honestly enjoyable to wear for long periods even though they are platform wedges. The comfort comes from the cushioned insoles (which reduce the impact of each step) and the flexible outsoles. The style is gladiator. The upper part of the sandal and the "sock lining" are leather. Earth uses partially recycled materials and environmentally responsible leather manufacturing processes. The heel height is about 2.5 inches, counting the rubbery platform above it. (The rubbery platform is less than 0.5 inches thick.) These shoes are in very good used condition. The leather is intact and the back zippers work. There is wear on the outsole heels, especially on the outside of the heel. To counteract this, small plastic "taps" were added (see photos). If you don't want these taps, you can pry them off yourself, or ask a shoe-repair shop to do it. Or else they will fall off, naturally, over time. The color is a taupe/beige/tan. There are some darker parts on the leather, particularly on the shoe front. Imprints from the big toe are visible on the insole. There are also small, dark parts on the side of the shoe (see last two photos) that are from the glue that holds the shoe together. Those stains were present when the shoes were brand-new. The size is 6.5 B (medium width). Earth no longer makes this style, which is really cool, so this is a great opportunity!
