danleyrobin @jessicacarr981 I tried to message you on in your Poshmark closet but you don’t have comments open. I mixed up your pair and another express jeans purchase that were within 5 minutes of each other. I was hoping you would open a case within the 3 day window so I could switch them but I could get ahold of you. I’m sorry but after the 3 days it’s out of my hands.

danleyrobin @jessicacarr981 according to the USPS they were delivered to you on Thursday. I don’t make the rules and I don’t deliver the mail so it’s out of my hands. Like I said if I could of messaged you on your account I would of on Thursday but you don’t have your comment section open.

danleyrobin @jessicacarr981 thank you for contacting them because I already contacted them Thursday like I said 3 times already and reported the MISTAKE and no I definitely don’t deliver your mail so you might what to make sure who your mailman is because I can guarantee it’s not me. Instead of contacting the people I ALREADY contacted and admitted my MISTAKE to (nobody is perfect not every you) maybe try contacting the mail office in your area and asking them why they said THEY delivered it on Thursday.

Poshmark is going to tell you the same thing because that is according to Poshmark guidelines and before you say anything, no I didn’t write the guidelines. People have 3 days once a packaged is delivered to open a case. Today for you is day 4. Your welcome me for trying to fix this 4 days ago. I like to help all my buyers 😊
