EUC Forever 21 black colored flowers tunic top

EUC, Forever 21 tube top tunic. All over black color with small colorful flowers & butterflies all over. Top is gathered for a tighter fit, looser bottom. Small v shaped hole in front middle which is tied. Ruffle near the bottom all the way around. Length is longer in back.
