theduchesscode @majorterry007 The US size 12 measurements are 40” - the bust, 33” - waist, and 44” hip. The outer material consists of the following: 82% polyester, 16% cotton and 2% elasthane. The lining of the dress is 100% polyester.

theduchesscode @arlingtondress It’s the same dress, but Kate added cap sleeves to the dress. Since this dress is so long, you can probably take enough fabric off from the bottom of the dress and add cap sleeves, provided you have access to a good tailor or seamstress.
